My lo had me up at 6:30 this morning, it's normally 7:30 but he needed winding! Then fell asleep on my chest for a hour, meanwhile I had to just lie there with two sleeping men!!!!! I think that is the definition of cheeky don't you?

Now he's napping again and something tells me I should nap too but don't feel tired! Ain't that the way it goes? :)

    Hello all :)

Thanks for the birthday wishes :D Can't believe she's a year old and that this time last year I was in labour.

Hope everyone's well? I've read back, but all this talk of the shred makes my body hurt just thinking about it!

Gilly, that's fab news re. your OH's job!

Good day so far here - pancakes for breakfast followed by presents and balloons :) Pleased to report that the Lettersaurus doesn't seem that annoying. Yet.

I've got a friend visiting, so had yesterday off work - LO was at the nursery and we went shopping, ate a lovely lunch and had lots of coffee and cake! :D

I'm looking for a Group 1, 2, 3 carseat. No isofix because my car's too old so it needs to use the seatbelt. I think I've narrowed it down to a Cosatto Zoomi or a Britax Evolva 123.

    http://www.johnlewis.com/cosatto-zoomi-car-seat-little-monster/p231767989

Anyone got either? Like it? Problems? I read bad things about the Britax clip, i.e. it came loose and could be easily undone.

Fluff I've got the evolva. Really impressed for the price. Have had it over a year and it still looks new (bar a few crushed Cheerios in the cracks :rotfl:) the thing with the straps is just that the lower weight you use the 5 point harness after that you can stay with the 5 point or remove the harness and use a seatbelt.

First time you put it in it feels a bit fiddly, although I managed it in the dark in about 10 minutes. But once you've done it if you need to take it out for cleaning or to move its relatively easy.

Do do some price comparisons though as the price varies massively dependant on colour and where from. We clicked and collected from halfords as it was £40 less than the store price and the cheapest place I found it. We have it in black.

    Happy Birthday baby Nutella :)

Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend. Nothing to report here. Apart from me having a cold starting. Knew I would get it after one of the mums at babygroup said "oooh my LO has a terrible cold bless him". Why bring him then?! So of course the girls will be getting what feels like their 20th cold in 6 months. Ok its probably only their 4th but it feels like 20

Its our wedding anniversary next month and my wonderfully generous brother has told us he has arranged a photoshoot for the girls :T:j:T. I cant wait, apparently we get some 6x4 pics, 5x7, 10x8, A3 prints, a canvas and a disc of all the pics taken. Cant believe it, bless him. We would never be able to afford anything like that ourselves :o

Definitely wont be joining the shred thing ladies. I like my food far too much to be even remotely healthy!

ive got an app to take baby for a scan on wednesday, she has an extra crease in her leg so they need to check her hips. ive bought a mei tai and she did not like it, got my manduca and more of the same, this last one was pricey so dot know what to do, to give it time or send it back and get a refund. she hates the position of her legs i guess.

Today has happenned, she went out with dad and nanny for 5 hs !! first time in 15 weeks i have been away from her. they said she was good and cry very little, just as i was moaning about her yesterday in a fb group... was sure to take her to see a osteopath on monday as many ladies suggested it helped their unsettled baby... she is being pure gold today. i dont know what to do now
