    That's fine too thanks! :p
You do make me laugh fluff!

We have just been for a drive to see the spinnaker tower in Portsmouth, Ds2 went there on a school trip and has been really interested in it since. Obviously that meant another visit to Krispy Kreme though! :o

Did you go up the tower, Sammie? I went a few years back but had to crawl around on the floor because I'm terrible with heights and it's the only way I felt safe. I must have looked a right twat. God knows what possessed me to go up there in the first place - I think I was drunk.

It rapidly gets easier. I wasn't too bad with the strength exercises, it's the cardiovascular that gets me. Honestly, 10 seconds of 'jumping jacks' (!!!!!!? They're starjumps) makes me want to die.

But I've found something fabulous for my waistline that doesn't involve any raised heartbeat, sweating, feeling out of breath or all those other horrible things that exercise does... Pilates. Honestly. I'm obsessed with it. It makes you look fabulous for minimal effort :D

:rotfl: I wish I was there to witness that!

No we didn't go up it, I am also terrified of heights and I'm a nightmare when it comes to the kids as I would worry they would fall through it. things like that make me shudder so I would rather wrap them up in cotton wool and admire the tower from the safety of our vehicle. :D

I don't know much about Pilates......ill have to have a look on google.

Do you have to wear Lycra (or any other tight fitting garnents) for the classes? You are super slim anyway so you'd be fine but a huffalump like me in Lycra

You can't actually fall through it. It's got enclosed viewing platforms but the bottom one's got one of those scary glass floors. I almost passed out when I saw it. Someone was actually standing on it looking down through their feet. Madness!
