Ill join Team Shred! But I can only really do it on weekdays - I'm not jumping around the living room like a lunatic while OH is at home.

I don't do the shred on weekends. I'm hoping Jillian will come round and tell me off.

Lol Fluff...Jillian would not be impressed.

Yay, I think that makes it 5 of us on Team Shred! :D I intend to do day 2 same time tonight, problem is thats about 10:00pm but its the only time I get really so it will have to do.

mrsh - I have about 5-7lbs which I would like to drop, but mainly like you I just want to tone everything up. When I have been reading the threads about the shred it really seems to tone up everywhere, I am a bit obsessed with looking at the before and after pics on google!!

Have a good day all. Off to town for a mooch about in a couple of hrs xxx

I'm looking for a Group 1, 2, 3 carseat. No isofix because my car's too old so it needs to use the seatbelt. I think I've narrowed it down to a Cosatto Zoomi or a Britax Evolva 123.

Anyone got either? Like it? Problems? I read bad things about the Britax clip, i.e. it came loose and could be easily undone.

no idea fluff but I need to look at this at some point too. Cosatto seems to have a much higher weight range? Also the seatbelt option v useful if using another car for some reason.

They both go up to 36kg. The Britax mentions 9 - 18kg but this is just something to do with a feature on the harness.

I think you're right, can't get to the list either but I'm fairly sure.

    Happy birthday little girlie!

Edit: found the list, yep it is today :)
