    Hi

Quick one as I am super excited....offered on a house today and it was accepted. Yipppeeee!! x

    Woohoo! :j

Is it far from where you are now?

Katiechoc - I have just got the free newspaper through my door and kiddicare are having an open day on Saturday with goody bags, beauty samples, face painting and balloon animals. How typical! That's why we never got anything on Tuesday.

  • Hi ladies, hope you're all well and have been enjoying the sunshine before it disappears again!

nutella can I be really cheeky and ask what shampoo/conditioner and moisturiser you've found best for your lil lady? My family is Irish and my oh's are all in Barbados so wouldn't know where to start (i have a vague memory you said your lil lady was mixed race that's why I ask, if I'm wrong ignore my baby brained ramblings lol)

Yay sunshine, fingers crossed it all goes smoothly & as quickly as possible!

Glad to hear the kiddicare meet went well, I really miss fluff & Freddie from here - she and rups were about the only thing keeping me laughing towards the end of my pregnancy!

Welcome and congrats to any newbies - I'm off to read back properly seeing as i have time with Shay asleep and my oh out :D
  • Had fluff left after the other week when Dizzi was upset about a comment made about leaving lo? And did rups not stay? I used to love speaking to her on the pregnancy forum! :)
Newly Married, not a 2b anymore!! Mum to two wonderful boys!
  • I think rups is on the facebook group but their blossoming double act of basically fluff telling rups off amused me much more then it should have I'm sure :o

Im considering going again just for the freebies! There are also pictures in the paper of people who had won car seats etc on the opening day....I never knew about that either.

Yay for the good news sunshine! I quite fancy moving house, just not all the stress that goes with it! Maybe next year! Hope it all goes well and I'll be waiting for housewarming invite!! :D

Can people please tell me I'm not alone in having a baby that is constantly into things that she shouldn't be?! Pressing the buttons on the sky box, fiddling with the internet router, trying to pick wall paper from the walls, harassing my poor dogs and then having a paddy if I dare to intervene in her fun!! Ladies with younger babies have all this fun to come!

I would love to be able to put clips and hairbands on Poppy, but 1 she hasn't got much hair and 2 she would never in a million years be able to leave it alone in her hair!

    xx

    hey all,

not been on for ages i must post more often. Ellie is doing fab now 16 months old had her heart check up a few weeks ago and all looking okay :) phew

Could I ask a favour. Ellie's heart condition wasnt picked up until she was 8 weeks old and very poorly. There is a pulse screening test that is painless and takes only a few minutes and there is a petition to bring it in as one of the checks newborns get it would pick up 75% of breathing problems and heart defect. Could you spare a few minutes to pop and sign it http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/37286 Thanks
:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heart :( Proven to be a little fighter and battling on with her heart condition :j
