    Morning

We are going to make my nan a cake today because its her birthday. I might get her some of my lime cheesecake out of the freezer too. I keep having to put the cakes in the freezer to stop me eating them :rotfl:

Baking rules. Did you used to do it a lot then?

I think I need to share some of the mountain of Easter chocolate to those who are tired today, I have been assisting in clearing the backlog but it's too much !!

Baking !! Omg don't say that lol ! I cannot consume baking goods and chocolate !!

Hope that teething improves we have it here also it's rubbish but at least not bad sleeping but the nappies when it's bad are just :0!

Cue somebody waking anyway hope all goes better today x

I used to bake a fair bit, mainly lemon drizzle cake, marble cake, cupcakes etc. the boys really enjoyed the Victoria sponge and chocolate cake, they used to be in charge of decorating them!
Happy birthday to your nan. :D what cake are you baking for her?

I'm quite keen to make a cheesecake. They are yummy. :)

Noah is awake again so I'm stuck sitting on the sofa for the foreseeable future!

The lime cheesecake is a no bake one but the ingredients are a heart attack waiting to happen... Full fat soft cheese, double cream and sugar

We are just going to do a sponge I think today.

I shouldn't be eating cake or chocolate either what with the diet and all. But i figured if we went to the library again today I should be allowed something!

Well the rain has cleared up so I'd best go hang some stuff out.

My mum does a no bake chocolate cheesecake with nutella, soft cheese, and the base is a mix of digestives and chopped hazelnuts - oh god it's to die for. I deliberately haven't asked her for the recipe because I know if I make it I will eat it all!!

    Turtle - that sounds tasty.

I have now been looking online to print out cheesecake recipes for my recipe folder :o I don't have many ingredients and ds1 has woken up poorly again so may wait until OH finishes work then take ds2 shopping so I can bake over the weekend. :D
I also need to make some flapjacks as the boys loved taking them in their lunch boxes.

Right baby back in bed so better get myself dressed and put some make up on so I look half presentable.

I'll eat it for you - I keep on losing weight so could do with something that helps me not to.
