At 10 weeks she weighed 5.045kg and measured also 58cm. She was just under the 50 percentile for weight and just over the 50 percentile for height. I was told that as long as she was in any percentile and kept it constant, it was good. I'll convert that weight to pounds and edit.

    Edit: 11lb

EBF here and Dewi was 7lb8 born, 11lb15 at 10weeks and is now 13lb12 at 14weeks. He's a good gainer :)

I know the girls will tell you as long as baby is gaining and happy then you have nothing to worry about!

Hope LO is ok Nutella, seems to be a few bugs going round at the moment.

Morocha G was 8lb 3 at 8 weeks and 14lb 1 at 12 weeks if that's any help, and he was exclusively bf. don't know how tall he is, he's only been measured at his 6 week check but I have a feeling he was around the 60cm mark then. My whole family are bean poles though so I expect him to be the same.

Dr said she couldnt find the click(talking about the hips
)? and there is a extra fold in her bum, that maybe it is because she needs to fill up still and will re check at 14 weeks.

Back home now, Noah cried, which was expected, poor thing. Blood was running down his legs and I had to ask for some tissue, I thought they would have given me some tissue or cotton wool to keep pressed against it.

Katiechoc - I think it is around their birthday they are due this set. I recieved the letter a coue if weeks ago but he has had a cold so this as the earliest I could get him in. I found this set harder as, like you say, we are bestest buds now and I felt like I was betraying his trust! :o it's for the best though.

Delain - hope your little one is ok after her accident! Luckily we have laminate so any sick can be mopped straight up! Can't believe about the referral to SS, what an interfering old mare!

Sammie - the same thing happened when this one had her 12 week jabs, blood everywhere, on her suit and down her leg and I asked for some cotton wool - nurse joked she should wear a red suit next time  Hope he is OK.

Morocha - little one was 14lb1 at 10 weeks :o:D she is on the 91st centile and has stayed there, though the HV said that with BF babies its not unsual for them to dip a whole centile and stay on a new line line. That hasn't happened here yet for chubby chops! If she is on the 50th for height and 50th for weight then I guess she is just an average baba (in terms of height and weight!).I only realised that this little one was "above average" when I met up with women from our antenatal class and their 10 weekers looked smaller than when this one was newborn (one of them was!). She was 9lb 4oz born so I always knew she was a bigger baby but seeing them made it hit home!

Love it! Now that Freddie's not a newborn any more you can't put everything down to 'hunger'. Me and the OH often look at each other going 'Why is he crying?' 'I don't know. Do you know?' 'No'. 'Who knows'. 'No one knows'. 'He's just crying'. :D

Morocha you've just described Reuben :) he started off above 50th for weight and above 75th for height. At 10 months he is now under 25th for weight and 98th for height. He's a tall skinny minny .... Just like his daddy :) top tip...dungarees will be your friend, get them when you see them cheap lol :D

Sorry morocha, I read marta's post as yours! She sounds like a tall slim girl to me! (I on the other...well I'm on the 10% for height and 99th for weight or something like that. :D) - does she gain weight all the time? If so I'm sure she is doing just fine!

PS - Is she really 10 weeks old?! eek! how time flies!
