I always upload the same receipt several times, claiming each item individually. No need for separate receipts...

Ah thank you! That will save me time :)

Although you need to claim for each item separately on Topcashback you can use the same receipt for more than 1 item.

Thank you! I always did them separately just to be safe!

however my uploading skills failed at the last hurdle and i ended up uploading the wrong recipets to the wrong app very rookie tired mistake! ...

im hoping that c.service will help out!
its a bit rubbish that you cant actually "see" the receipts you've uploaded.

Anyone else finding it's taking a long time for Topcashback Snap & Save cashback to become payable?

I submitted receipt images for the MOMA porridge on 29 March and still waiting for them to become payable, i've never waited that long before.

That is a while, i did the new member baby wipes and it came through in 2 days.

Can anyone answer my query please?
Do you have to send both sides of a receipt (S'bobs) when claiming?
Hope someone can answer quickly as the deal I want to claim ends today.
    TIA

I fold the receipt in such a way that the header, the items & the date parts can all be seen (some bits end up upside down) but it has always been accepted. Hope that helps.
