Has anyone noticed that Shopitize are now changing your receipt status to 'under review' if your first snap isn't accepted? Usually it takes a few attempts to get the receipt accepted but it goes through eventually. Having it go 'under review' is a bit of a pain as it takes them over a week to approve claims that way.

Or maybe it is just me?

It happened to me twice last week but then uploaded a receipt no trouble yesterday. Weird tho. Not happened before. Maybe a problem with app sometimes
  • I am confused about overlap offers! I know that COS and clicksnap are now run by the same company, so you can't claim from both on the same receipt, but what about snap & Save? I thought snap & save was the same as checkoutsmart, ie both TCB, but I have different offers on them, so wondered if I can claim from both clicksnap & snap & save on the same receipt..?
I don't think I can hang on til Friday...

COS and (Quidco) clicksnap as well as (TCB) Snap & Save are now all processed by the same entity. So you cannot use the same receipt to claim from more than one of the above. You need to get separate receipts.

Just to clarify, myself and my husband each have our own account at both Quidco and Topcashback. Provided we buy them as four separate transactions, could we each claim twice for an offer - once each from Quidco and once each from TCB? ie four in total between us? (I'm thinking Amstel beer at Tesco).

    Thanks in advance :)

For Quidco/Checkoutsmart/topcashback, I thought you could only claim once per person, so a total two beers from two receipts between you. Quidco terms state:

''This offer can only be redeemed once per offer period.
A claim of this offer may only be submitted once across the CheckoutSmart publisher network which includes CheckoutSmart, cashback programmes, brand sites and other partners.''
  • I've noticed that anything Ive favorited in Checkout Smart who now favorited in TCB. Kind of suggested they might be linked but cant find of of the free products to claim so dont know for sure:mad:
Debt free and busy treating myself:)

No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales

New to shopitize and checkout smart.
    Wondered if any can help.
Bought Bertolli spread from Waitrose but shopitize asks if receipt from asda or co-op.
Saw on hotukdeals , said Waitrose OK .
    Sorry but I'm confused.

Just had a look on the app and yes Waitrose is ok for that item. Have you reached the point where you have snapped the receipt or is this question asked before that?

If you haven't scanned the barcode or snapped the receipt yet, try selecting Waitrose by tapping 'Select Offers' (which appears above the product pictures) then choose Waitrose from the list and proceed that way by tapping on Bertolli etc.

They do often ask questions before getting to the point where you snap the receipt but I don't think I've ever seen one referring to the particular shop before, puzzling?!

    Good luck!

    Thank you
I have scanned the barcode and then gone to photo my receipt, and I have to say if it is an asda or co-op receipt. It asks asda ( click yes or no) same with co-op. No other options
