Has anyone had issues with Quidco Clicksnap rejecting the Schweppes Sparkling Juice Drink at Morrisons?
When my sister bought it, the receipt couldn't be uploaded because Quidco had quietly removed Morrisons as a retailer.
She contacted Quidco who said:"I have taken a look through our records and I cannot see that this was ever displaying Morrisons as an eligible retailer for this offer. Is it possible that you took a screenshot of this?"Does anyone have a screenshot of this offer?
I actually bought this item at Morrisons and had the receipt accepted by Quidco so clearly it was an eligible retailer. What's unclear is how reliable their 'records' are...
I bought this at Morison's and Quidco paid out £2.25. So yes, it was available.
I think there has been a mix up lately and none more so than TCB Snap & Save. Still no movement there and I believe they are still considering what actions to take. If they do decline due to their error, then it will be a disgrace. No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.0 -
The whole thing of TCB now showing the COS offers is just annoying.
The T's and C's on the duplicate offers say 'this offer is provided by CheckoutSmart and will only be awarded once, whether claimed via Topcashback or via any other publisher in the CheckoutSmart network'
However I don't know if that means you can submit separate receipts, like we always have done for duplicate offers on Quidco and COS?
Or maybe they will stop that as well.0 -
Indeed also im not sure i believe that they are sharing my info between two different companies0

Exactly the same as me - yet Quidco replied to her a second time, insisting that this offer has never been available at Morrisons. :wall:
I gave my sister my own transaction and receipt ID from my Quidco statement which she then sent them. This proves that the offer was available at Morrisons. Their response was that they can't comment on another member's transactions. :wall:
Everyone should be very careful about Quidco in future - take a screenshot of every single offer you plan to use.
Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this with Quidco?0 -

I would suggest your sister writes again (with your help on very firm wording,) to Quidco marking it 'FORMAL COMPLAINT' and asking for the complaint to be considered by a senior manager. She should ask why they have refused to consider evidence provided. I suggest resending your receipt with a note signed by you, saying you agree that your sister can discuss your claim with Quidco. She could ask them to credit her account with the £2.25 as goodwill, if they still don't accept her receipt.
In addition, again with your help on the wording, she could strongly outline the problem on the 'Quidco Question and Answers' forum.
Refused cashback claims have been taken to the Financial Ombudsman but the sum is too small here.
If the bottle is unopened, could it be returned to Morrisons as this seems a lot of work overall?0 -

I had the same thing with the 10% cashback on beer. It was showing on the Quidco website when I bought (online) and took delivery a couple of days later, yet they are saying that the offer hadn't started yet when the order came through. I know this is impossible, because the offer would not have been visible to me if it hadn't started yet, but obviously I haven't got a screenshot.
It's a lot of money to spend for nothing, but really can't be bothered to return it - as so many times before I'm asking myself if it's really worth it, when you add up all the unpaid cashback versus what I've actually received... Besides my life would be so much simpler if I didn't constantly have to ask to pay for items on separate receipts, and remember what's on offer where etc! Problem is I'm almost OCD about it now, I don't actually think I CAN stop, oh dear...!I don't think I can hang on til Friday...0 -

You are particular or obsessive about it. NOT mentally ill.0 -
Schwartz sauce mixes are back as cross overs, 50p from msm, and 35p from cos/cs. But be careful, only at sainsburys, the 2 for £1 ones in Asda are not included, so if you buy them for 80p in sainsburys, you'll make 5p profit on each.I don't think I can hang on til Friday...0

Thanks to you, B_M and ernie-money - she did send a formal complaint and Quidco credited the amount as a goodwill gesture whilst maintaining they were still right...
The important thing is that the amount spent on the Schweppes drink was reimbursed. I wasn't too impressed with the drink though.
I still recommend that everyone takes a screenshot of any offer that they may redeem in future.0 -

Glad it worked, although it does leave a bit of a sour taste when they still say that it's your fault. The money is the same, but you would feel much happier if they just held their hands up & said "sorry, we made a mistake"I don't think I can hang on til Friday...0
