Nah, I didn't mean it that seriously! I still enjoy trying to get a few pennies off wherever I can, and if I really didn't think it was worth it, I wouldn't do it... Thanks though - I've got it in black & white, I'm sane lol!

Just a heads up re clicksnap on online orders. Always keep a really close eye on it & keep a record of what you're supposed to get. The last 5 orders I have placed online have paid out one or two items, and the rest has been left off. I have then had to send a support message and get a message back apologizing that it's been missed off & the amount added.
Almost making me wonder if it's intentional; you would think that if it's an automated system, either you get what you're due, or the entire order gets missed, but not paying part of the amount due and maybe think that you wouldn't notice...

Yes - this is a widespread issue with ClickSnap so everyone should keep their own records and check carefully to see what's been quietly omitted.

I've got nothing similar to this on my Clicksnap. Just wondering where you are based as it's maybe area specific?

I am in the South East of England. Sorry you didn't get the offer. It was on my phone and also on the Quidco website under Clicksnap Grocery.

I've noticed lately that they do account specific offers, because I've seen an offer on my account, bought it twice thinking I'll claim on OH's account, but he hasn't had the same offer...

Has anyone noticed that Shopitize are now changing your receipt status to 'under review' if your first snap isn't accepted? Usually it takes a few attempts to get the receipt accepted but it goes through eventually. Having it go 'under review' is a bit of a pain as it takes them over a week to approve claims that way.

Or maybe it is just me?

It hasn't happened to me (yet?), I still get the resnap option. However, I have definitely noticed that hardly any receipts get recognised recently, even after lots of attempts. So annoying having to send them for review and then waiting ages :mad:
