Hey, you can't use the same receipt for checkoutsmart, clicksnap & topcashback as they are owned by the same company You would need seperate receipts to claim an item/s on each app.

Thank you Leesha55, that's what I thought but I read the following in the Mirror article so I thought I'd ask those who use the apps:

"1. Buy Supermarket Strawberries & Cream and received £3.50 cashback – If you are not a member of TopCashback now is the time to sign up and claim £3.50 cashback when you buy any strawberry & cream from supermarket. I think their advice is either wrong or out of date.

I find that you can claim the 1p competition entry on both ClickSnap and Checkout Smart, but you can't when it comes to cashback for an actual purchase (as the terms for the latter exclude it.)

Just had another Amstel receipt declined (there were 2 offers and both declined now).
The second one was perfectly legible and it was the only item on the receipt... Even the first one although a little blurry could be read with a small dose of willingness...

So, £3 down on a beer I didn't enjoy (not my taste)

I've just had Bernard Matthews sliced chicken breast 140g receipt declined. The receipt is very clear but it doesn't have the word 'sliced' on it. I purchased it from Sainsbury's - and that is one of the two valid retailers. I still have the empty packaging - if you think they would like that scanned too. I have sent TCB a 'support ticket' but on reading here am not holding out much hope of a response. Any advice?
