Still quite new to shopitize.
Wondered if anyone would be kind enough to help.
My account says

Congratulations you've redeemed all your offers

Only problem is I have only claimed for two things, is that the maximum per week?
Contacted shopitize last Friday, no reply yet.

I think you can claim all the offers showing. Suggest log out/log in or turn phone on/off or reinstall app

Just bought an iceberg lettuce from Tesco, paid 29p and claimed 30p cash back from Shopitize, made 1p profit.
Shopitize offer finishes today.

Hi all, quite new to Shopitize, does this work with click and collect? I know with clicksnap it automatically check online orders but does Shopitize?

I tried online shopping and was told by Shopitize Help they can't recognise online receipts. Maybe C&C will work if you get a normal looking receipt. Worth asking their Help team.

Thanks Aspley, well i tried it yesterday and one o the offers was accepted and the other rejected? I have submitted it for review and see what happens!

Hi, I am new to shopitize (in fact my first forray into cashback land), have made my first withdrawal to paypal but not showing up in my paypal account. Initially emailed shopitize as I never got an email with transaction id in the first instance, they replied saying it had gone through and was showing up as 'unclaimed' on paypal. Have since emailed them twice more and had no reply (have checked junk and spam). Any help/advice would be appreciated please.
