My Shopitize app is playing up a bit at the moment. I can see the Kettle chips offer but can't see if it can be redeemed at Waitrose. Also when it says "selected flavours", which ones are they? Would they be the four shown in the photo? I'm only asking because I haven't got a phone to take with me, to check the barcodes when I go out shopping. I have to do it in the evening on my partner's phone.

I've just looked for you ..... Yes they are redeemable from Waitrose . I would imagine that it's just the 4 flavours shown in the pic .... as it doesn't say otherwise . They are 150g.
The flavours in the pic are
yellow bag ..... mature cheese and red onion.
blue bag ..... sea salt and balsamic vinegar
brown ( / black ?) bag .... sea salt and crushed black peppercorns.
White bag .... lightly salted .

Quidco representative Kim - I do not think that is a good enough response. Victoria Meldrew posted yesterday on the 4th November, when the offer should have been still live. Seems Quidco already moved the goal posts from the 10th November.

To renege on offers like this seriously dents confidence in the Quidco brand.

In line with your offer, I think you should have allowed everyone to submit their claims for Rockstar yesterday. But, at the very least you should have sorted it out for VM who brought it to your attenton on this thread.

What do others think?

I appreciate your responses to this thread and it's great to see a company answer their customer's questions in such a prompt manner.

However, is there any chance that you could shorten your MSE username? Something along the lines of 'Quidco Comp Rep'?

Whenever you post it causes the display of the Grabbit to go a bit crazy. The title of the grabbits are shortened and displayed across several lines; whereas your username remains in a single line.

They did fix it but it took a good 4 days or so until I got a reply. I don't think that's good enough in this age where people check their emails a hundred times a day and we're all using apps on our phones. There's no excuse for ignoring customers. Today I bought Coke Zero and Kettle Chips and scanned both barcodes and submitted both receipts. It gave me a 'you've earned such and such' message - as though it had been successful- but then the products are still sitting in the 'redeem' area. In the history section there is a greyed out status bar saying 0% - as though they haven't gone through properly.

I still have the option to upload the receipts but when I try it again, all that happens is another greyed out status bar at 0% joins the list.

Not exactly encouraging me to continue using this app that I've only just downloaded!

I have had 3 auto replies, and finally had a reply but asking me to check for updates, reinstall, make sure i have done all my tasks etc. All this i have done, but still no further. I bought the kettle chips today, but am reluctant to buy anything else until i see that this is sorted

In response to the above two comments, I also bought Kettle Chips (2 packs for £3 in Tesco) and Coke Zero (£1.21???) so paid 1p for the coke and £1.50 for 2 packs of Kettle Chips.

They redeemed ok on my shopitize app, have you made sure you are connected to wifi/ your phone network when you submit the receipt? Mine also showed at 0% but it seems to me this is the upload status of the receipt?

I was connected to 3G but when I got home and connected to wi-fi everything started moving. I've got a different problem now. I bought the two products on different receipts but they've gone through on Shopitize as if they should be on one receipt. So I've only been able to claim one as I could only upload on receipt. I claimed he Kettle Chips. Now the Coke has disappeared from my list of offers as though it has been redeemed but it hasn't. ARGH!:mad:

In today's metro newspaper you can get a voucher to use in tesco today only for £1.25 off a 500ml coke zero. Scan the barcode and reciept with the Shopitize app and get £1.20. Also I got my bottle for £1.15 in a tesco metro, guessing it's £1.25 in tesco express.
