Plus £1.50 off kettle chips, making them 50p a bag in Asda, tesco and Waitrose.
App looks different, and I have been having trouble submitting my receipt, maybe it will work now.

    Hi,

I've had problems with shoprize for months! I'm using a sony phone and it wont even let me take a pic of the item let alone the receipt. Logged reports so many time but i dont think shoptize care. 0/10 for customer service

I'm really surprised to hear you say that about their customer service . I personally would give them 10 .

When I first started using the app months and months ago .... I had nothing but problems .... from scanning the barcode ... to scanning the receipt ..... everything just seemed to be going wrong .... and at the time it drove me nuts ... if it wasn't for their great customer service I could quite easily have given up on it . They were so helpful .... The poor woman emailing me back must have had the patience of a saint lol ! .... I realise that they are a lot busier now , so i would presume it would take longer to receive a reply back .... I Have never not had an email answered.

The app has improved so much for the better ,since I first started using it .

The only thing I wish that they could add is a section where items that are on offer in all the shops were together somehow ..... it would save looking in each " shop section" and trying to work out what to buy from where .

Where has the Rockstar Quidco clicksnap offer gone? Should have run 'til 10th November, then was changed to 4th November. I bought 3 today and now it's not there to claim. Very bad practice to keep moving the goalposts Quidco.

    Hi Victoria Meldrew,

Unfortunately this offer had expired a little early so I do apologise for any disappointment caused. We do frequently run offers on this particular product so I’m sure another one will come up again soon.

    Thanks,

Unless it has its own individual offer then no. Once you redeem the offer the item disappears.

Quidco representative Kim - I do not think that is a good enough response. Victoria Meldrew posted yesterday on the 4th November, when the offer should have been still live. Seems Quidco already moved the goal posts from the 10th November.

To renege on offers like this seriously dents confidence in the Quidco brand.

In line with your offer, I think you should have allowed everyone to submit their claims for Rockstar yesterday. But, at the very least you should have sorted it out for VM who brought it to your attenton on this thread.

    What do others think?

Any lawyers want to give a view on how this looks in consumer law terms?
    arghhh!!!

There is the online offer only (I do hate these online only and not in store offer splits that Quidco do) for £1.50 off a 200g jar of Nescafe Gold and Black Coffee if you spend more than £4 on it.

Be careful out there! I almost bought this in store as it is not marked on the 'all offers' page that this is just an online offer. Only shows in the small print when you click to view the offer details.

Thanks for posting this marvin. I too hate the online apartheid - I also hate the way the terms of these offers are hidden. Wouldn't it be great if they were simple and explicit?

They are not hidden, by viewing "all offers" you are going to be shown all offers.
There are clear buttons to select "in store" or "online" right next to "all offers".
    :)
