Can I ask, are you using the android app? I think I read on Facebook that the android app behaves slightly differently depending on which phone you are using. That may be why some people seem to have so many problems, because the app is not fully compatible with their phone.

I am using an iPad. It had been working okish until Saturday and now I can't get it to work at all

After about 5 emails discussing my problems with shopitize I am still no nearer solving my problem. Is anyone else having problems uploading.

Does anyone know how to withdraw the cash from shopitize? iv'e got more than £5 but when I click to withdrawl to paypal it tells me to download the app which iv'e already got? tia

I got the same problem and have done it before. Looks like something went wrong this time.

Hi is anyone else having problems with Shopitize recognizing receipts? I have an andriod phone is thats relevant. The fairy washing up liquid and chicken drumsticks have scanned alright but the coke zero, kettle chips, cheddar cheese and rice krispies squares have failed to scan tho. The bar codes scanned fine but the receipts wont even tho I have followed the guidelines.

Kettle chips are currently £1 at Morrisons, but shopitize is currently giving £1.50 cashback. So free crisps and 50p profit.
