Does anyone know if Quidco have changed their t&c's regarding annual fee for premium membership as I didn't think clicksnap and mobile checkin counted towards it, however I have payments in both shown as confirmed but not being paid. Read through their help pages and it states that mobile checkin DOES count towards annual fee but can't see about clicksnap. Annoyingly I missed my downgrade for September and it now won't let me do it until Sept 2014:mad:

    Hi Luckystar

We do now retain ClickSnap and Check-ins towards the annual retention fee.

This was intorduced in April, following the introduction of our Basic account. This change was documented with an email sent to all members and in the updated Terms and Conditions.

This means that members can get there retention fee paid off quicker and then they can enjoy recieving the rest of their cashback.

If you do wish to downgrade, then I would get in touch with our amazing customer support as there may be something that they could do to assist you.

I do hope this has helped :)

    Thanks

  • Where has the Rockstar Quidco clicksnap offer gone? Should have run 'til 10th November, then was changed to 4th November. I bought 3 today and now it's not there to claim. Very bad practice to keep moving the goalposts Quidco.
    It's 5 o'clock somewhere!
  • Hi iv just joined shopitize and saw there is a £1 cash bk on chicken drumsticks but in the t&cs it says one item per receipt. However I want to buy a few packs. So could I buy a few n pay for them separately?

Unless you have different iPads or iPhones in ur house, it is one per person/household. Usually when u submitt your receipt the deal disappears

I am getting fed up with shopitize. I can't even submit my receipt, it doesn't get as far as being rejected, it just freezes when I submit the receipt. Anyone else having problems. Raised a query with them on saturday but had no response yet.

    Hi,

I've had problems with shoprize for months! I'm using a sony phone and it wont even let me take a pic of the item let alone the receipt. Logged reports so many time but i dont think shoptize care. 0/10 for customer service

There is the online offer only (I do hate these online only and not in store offer splits that Quidco do) for £1.50 off a 200g jar of Nescafe Gold and Black Coffee if you spend more than £4 on it.

Well it is £4 in ASDA (not sure if this counts as more than £4) £4.50 in Tesco (so would generate a voucher if you have enough items) and £6:48 in Sainsburys. (so would generate a £4.96 voucher)

Now Sainsburys staff who get a discount......

Buy in Sainsburys online, get your discount of 15% (10% from Wednesday) 98p or 65p and a voucher of £4.96. then claim the £1.50 per jar from Quidco leaving you with very cheap coffee :) (6.48 -97p -£2.48 -1.50 = c£1.50 for a 200g jar of Nescafe @15% £2 @10%.

This only works for Sainsburys staff who get a discount and no one else.

Sadly I bought my coffee in store (I don't use online for grocery at all ever!) so cannot get the extra £1.50 due to the Quidco apartheid.
I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.

I know what you mean as it was on offer in Tesco for £1 and got £1 cashback so was getting it free so thats maybe why they stopped it.

but yes it is a pain in the backside when they do that.
