Same for me. When I try to upload a receipt it's still not in my list of offers.

I am really having no luck at all with MSE-ing lately. Keep messing up!

I agree, it is rubbish. I can't see the latest offers. I've tried logging out and back in, I've tried turning my phone off and back on, but nothing has worked.

Has anyone tried uninstalling and reinstalling? I have credit on my account. Shopitize rep, will I loose my credit if I uninstall and reinstall the app?

You will never lose your credit even if you un-install and reinstall the app as long as you have submitted the receipts successfully. If you still cannot see any offers after doing so, please do send us a screenshot of your offer page as well as the details of your device and app version to our CS, and we'll investigate this further for you!

Shopitize, why do i need to upload the receipt 6-10 times? ? The photo looks clear and easy to read, but i get rejected countless times...

Is it a Sainsbury's receipt? I reason why I ask is that my recent Sainsbury's receipts from their self-scan tills no longer have "Live Well For Less Sainsbury's" printed at the top of the receipt, they are blank. At first I thought it was a till printing error but I've used a different checkout since and it does exactly the same, just blank at the top of the receipt and still double-sided. (I assume it's to save more paper). The only way the Shopitize app would recognise my receipt is to get an old receipt with the Sainsbury's logo at the top and lay the new type receipt on top of it.
