I had a similar problem on Friday. I switched off iPad properly, checked for updates. It seemed to reset itself. Have u tried all these.

I've got it on my phone, have closed app down & turned phone off several times, but still nothing showing...

It's a very temperamental app, can't think what else to try. Have you got any credit on it. Can you withdraw it and then reinstall the app.

Has anyone bought the Butchers puppy food tins at Morrisons back when they were on double cashback and had problems claiming it with Quidco? Because they appear on the receipt as dog food so they didn't track.

When I first contacted them about it I was told I could only redeem it once. I don't know if it was because I also claimed for the puppy 4 pack on the same receipt but I'd definitely never claimed for the tins before and I explained quite clearly that I'd bought two different types.

Then they said they'd missed the DOG food even though I explained it was Morrisons that had named the puppy food wrong so they've manually added the wrong amount (75p instead of £2) which presumably is the cashback for the Butchers dog food.

It's like they don't even read the messages properly and a different person deals with the same problem each time. It would be so much more helpful if there was a reply button instead of having to start a new message each time so that you can have a conversation with the same person.

Even if this is eventually sorted out I'm dreading when the double cashback comes through because after all this I just know it will be wrong.

Ive claimed the puppy food twice on different offer periods and both times they didnt recognise it even through it clearly stated the brand and puppy food.
