I did a click snap shop yesterday and submitted my receipt straightaway for six bags of Phillea's fog crisps. I was expecting £3.00 to track initially but found out that only £1.50 has confirmed on my Quidco account. I clicked '2' for the number of redemption when I uploaded receipt. This is my first click snap so I'm not sure if I've done it wrong or not. Has anyone had £3 confirmed for 6 bags of Phillea's Fog on one receipt? TIA

my friend also had the issue with the quantity. you can contact a member of staff directly on quidco clicksnap. the button is on the right hand side on top of the page. the lovely assistant changed it manually

if you have premium quidco account, they have live chat support.

Got reply from customer support at 3.38 to agree error made and full £3 credited to amount payable. What great service on MSE
