It's my first time using the Shopitize app. I've just bought Cathedral City cheese from Asda and Comfort Fabric Softener from Tesco (I was emailed about the latter to entice me to use the app as I'd installed it but not used it).
My fabric softener has gone into 'redeemed' and says I've earned the full amount. The cheese is still at pending. In my menu it says it 'needs action', when I select it, it says 'processing this may take up to a minute'. It seems stuck at that.
Is this normal? Have I messed it up by buying from two supermarkets? Both items were valid at both supermarkets. I'm concerned that I have accessed the cheese offer, which I bought from Asda, through the 'offers available at Tesco' screen. Does that make a difference considering the offer is valid at both supermarkets?0 -

Just so you know the chicken drumsticks are half price in coop at the moment. Priced at £1.75 with the £1 cash back from shopitize makes them a bargain :-)0

Does anyone know if Quidco have changed their t&c's regarding annual fee for premium membership as I didn't think clicksnap and mobile checkin counted towards it, however I have payments in both shown as confirmed but not being paid. Read through their help pages and it states that mobile checkin DOES count towards annual fee but can't see about clicksnap. Annoyingly I missed my downgrade for September and it now won't let me do it until Sept 2014:mad:0
