IMO one of the benefits of Shopitize over MySuperList has always been their reliability, so I will become wary of them if things like this become commonplace.

Regarding your ipad, do you have an Apple store nearby? I have heard their customer service is very good, so if you can take it down there they may be able to have a look and tell you what is wrong. The Shopitize app does have its issues but I have found it has improved a lot, the ipad app at least. On the two occasions I have had issues (not issues to do with the app actually) I reported the issues using the app (not email) and got a response very quickly.

Thanks for that. I might take a trip into town to the apple store if things don't improve. I emailed shopitize last night, I hope they can sort it out of me as I will think twice about buying things in future.

I claimed the BB yesterday from Tesco and it worked fine but the barcode was 5000157024886. Hope this helps.

Tesco bacon didn't work for me so send them an email about it. Can't remember the barcode of by heart but it was the same one displayed in the picture. Word for word.

Hopefully they will get it fixed soon ish.

Besides that I'm enjoying the offers :money: got around £6 of Cashback in the last few days! (Compared to £4 on my account which had been there for months!)

I couldn't get Tesco bacon to scan either - emailed them - was told it was right barcode and to try again - tried twice more - still no joy, so turned the barcode upside down and success - product recognised!!!!!:beer:

They sorted the Asda bacon and it was a glitch or something so managed to scan it via my husbands iPhone. Still getting nowhere with my iPad.

Had issues redeeming the Andrex, Screme Egg (this one "worked" but 0p was added to my account), Cathedral City AND Fairy offers of late Tried emailing Shopitize but as yet no response.

Never had problems with this app until now.
