This happened to me before, contacted the guys at Shopitize and they said if you log out of the app and back into it, you should be able to withdraw successfully. It worked for me so worth giving it a go. HTH.

think my problem with shopitize is to do with my ipad, but i dont know what to do about it. i borrowed hubbys iphone and submitted a creme egg and a packet of kettle chips in mins when i have been trying all week with the ipad.

i think the ipad is having trouble with a lot of my shpping apps.:(

I had 2 issues with Shopitize receipts from Monday shopping (1 wasn't being recognised, the 2nd was stuck on "Processing"). So yesterday I emailed their feedback (dot) shopitize (dot) com aco!!!! with scanned copies of the receipts and they've sorted them both out today
So wanted to publicly thank shopitize for sorting them both out so promptly - much appreciated - I'm a very happy client!

I emailed on Monday and still haven't had a response! My problem is very easy to solve aswell, just need someone to look at it for me. I haven't got a scanner to scan receipts but photos of them are in my rejected claims on the app.

i`m new to shopitize so could anyone advise,i brought a couple of the 4pk beans today so can i use the same receipt for my and oh`s account one on each.tia:)

Very mad. I have just tried to upload my shopitize receipt and where has the smart price bacon from Asda disappeared. How dare they do this. I can understand if they remove it overnight but the same day is NOT FAIR.:(

Has that offer ended early? I think it has. If so, why not contact them by email. In the past they have manually added money after people bought items which suddenly disappeared from the app, items which were apparently posted on the app by mistake.

IMO one of the benefits of Shopitize over MySuperList has always been their reliability, so I will become wary of them if things like this become commonplace.

Regarding your ipad, do you have an Apple store nearby? I have heard their customer service is very good, so if you can take it down there they may be able to have a look and tell you what is wrong. The Shopitize app does have its issues but I have found it has improved a lot, the ipad app at least. On the two occasions I have had issues (not issues to do with the app actually) I reported the issues using the app (not email) and got a response very quickly.
