  • :o Thanks Taxi xx

Today was a disaster. I think I have come down from my high of quitting my job. Been miserable and grumpy ALL DAY.

Have moved money around and now my debt consists of

    4050 = CC 0% for a year
    plus 167 fee.

    1527 = loan.

    xx

  • Right Cards on the table.

    1200 for the house/garden fixings
1500 for the ma. Which I am in trouble.

2300 for op - IF I decide to have it done privately.

money has been SUPER tight. I have borrowed 270 out of my "pots"

    100 out of 365 account
50 out of my union fees
20 out of my holiday account
100 out of my Virtual savings account.

I think I do owe some money on my T*sco's card - Amazon junkie, books for tutoring and possible supply.... and sister's b'day present and I did buy a necklace but it was so pretty! I couldn't resist.

    I w

I am debating what to do with all these accounts. Once I am unemployed I will probably close them and put all my money into one account. Got so many expenses.....Well they are normal but I am whingey!!

    car
    holiday
    pets
    Christmas
    birthday
    union
    house
    savings

Also with my lack of job I do need to look at my payments to these accounts.

hmm late night banking is there anything better!

What are the advantages of having the op done privately? Are they worth the £2300? (I'm not saying it's not worth it - it's a genuine question because I don't know)

How can I put this without being blunt? :D Any likelihood of moving somewhere with the man in the near future?

I always wondered whether it's your job that gives you the stress or living with your Mum..if it's the latter then leaving your job won't solve your problems

Had the same thought as Taxi - take it steady Buffy, leaving work will be a big change but with a little work, it can be a great one :)

You said there's lots of clutter still, so take an hour and make four piles - Sell, Charity Shop, Bin, Keep. Be ruthless! If you do this everyday for a week, you'll have some really big piles. Next day off... charity shop run! Next bin day...out that bin stuff goes.

Honestly, I keep FAR too much and I've been doing this all week and I feel so much better for it as much as I don't want to do the hour at the time.

I am not sure to be honest, It would mean I could choose more when I had it done. However realistically the money would have to go towards a car - mine is making a tapping noise of death at the moment and I am praying it hangs on for a while yet.

As for the man, I don't think so. He is lovely and I would move in with him tomorrow but he has kids and needs to be with them and I don't think it is fair to up root them - their ages etc.

It would complicate stuff hugely so I don't see it happening this year.

Not sure what I feel about that...

I am not sure if the job made me so stressed I was over the top about Mum? Really don't know. I feel that my biggest problem is a lack of time followed by a lack of space caused by the junk I buy to make me happy - well ok that is simplistic but it is general idea without getting boring.

I feel that without the job it gives me a chance to have another chance with Mum? There are definite problems and I am still looking to move out but with out the hassle of the job I have more head space to deal with home life. Not sure that makes sense.

any how I went shopping today.

I used to do the four piles thing but now the dogs are here it is impossible to leave anything any where so the de-cluttering is going to happen in half term when I can start and finish in one day. I have a permanent box in the hall for charity and our bin is always full. and of course the e bay pile (yawns)

mind you I am looking forward to getting rid of stuff from the shed and the long term plan is the piggies living in it over winter.

Really what I need to do is clean out said piggies and do some marking!
