I use that to clean the cage, in the end I put them in a temporary run, had to given them a bath too poor little so and sos! The dogs had to be gated off all a bit of a stress.
House is still a mess, still we went to the tip today, took a car load of stuff down.
I am debating what to do. I have tooth ache. also had a migraine today, very bad sleepless night last night so am off to bed shortly.
I think that is what caused the migraine, was awake till 2.45 I think.
am running out of time. Wanted to do so much this week and only have wed and Thurs left - tomorrow I need to go to work. panic about marking.

Someone has to, Buffy!
I am no medic and not giving medical advice, but I read recently that antihistamines can be prescribed/used for anxiety. That was news to me.

hello,
took migraine tablets last night so am still tired and woozy.
got doctors in a while. really don't want to go, just want to go back to bed. never going to convince him I am anxious about work when like this.
Bit worried about North Korea.
in good news, sorted a better cage for gps.
Room is on it's way to being sorted. very much at the start of the big tidy but I can see it through the mess.
lots of bad news tho but just have to get on.
will be back later

I must have heard you Alchemilla cos driving to the doctors post migraine was a bit daft to be honest. Definitely not driving to work today. Will have to go tomorrow morning. Although saying that I will be pushed for time.
Still given that driving to the doctors nearly finished me off I think I would rather be pushed for time then wrap myself round a tree.
I talked to the doctor at some length went well over my alotted 10 minutes.
He was nice - young and keen to help which was a relief. referral is under way re nose and he has prescribed betablockers for anxiety.........am still a space cadet re migraine so won't take one till tonight.
Am not entirely sure about these drugs but shall have to give them a go.
Long term I am to go back in a month and see how I am doing.
ugh. Bit stressed about work tomorrow. got to be back here for 11.30 but Mum's car needs a jump start and I would need to leave about 8. she needs to leave about 10....need to jump start the car this afternoon perhaps.........hope it lasts till tomorrow.
Damn these stupid tablets can't keep a thought in my head. still at least there is no more headache.

Glad you finally got to the Dr's. Beta blockers are prescribed by neurologists for migraines too, especially when they are linked to stress.
I quit my job in further ed, just couldnt cope with the hours, carp pay and stress of constantly changing paperwork. Feel much better for it
