    Morning all!

Just wanted to say first of all a big thank you and send a hug to groatie queen who took the time to send me a really supportive pm which really cheered me up.

You lot really tire me out with all you achieve early doors - I've not even taken the dog out yet! Have given OH and oldest dd tea and toast in bed though - really to keep them there so I have peace to study! Fallen way behind with my OU course but that happens all time. Girls are both off to their dad's for the first time in ages so we are so looking forward to some couple time. Spent yesterday with a friend who is living a nightmare at the moment with her ex : pregnant and just taken on a ridiculously expensive house so has made me very appreciative of what I have.

BTW it's my fault it's raining this morning - always happens immediately after I water the garden!

Good luck with your cleaning, Ladygrim and tick - you might just have inspired me to get some done myself!

Enjoy your day out Aril and Pen Pen

Hope the hangover subsides Mioliere - I can't drink these days as the suffering is just too much! (although I sometimes forget I don't, and then overindulge!)

Amie - so glad your weekend has got better

    Have a great holiday Catznine

Wishing you good marks for the essay Penny-P (what a swotty family!)

Hugs to everyone who needs or wants one! Hope the sun eventually comes out - even if only metaphorically! (Big word for a Sunday morning - but then I have been studying for a couple of hours!)

    Cazzie

Never heard of *egg banjo* before. This is what wikipedia has to say:
    • British soldiers refer to a fried egg sandwich as an "egg banjo" this is due to the act carried out when the yolk bursts from the bottom of the sandwich. The left arm (holding the sandwich) goes out similar to holding a Banjo Neck. The right hand meanwhile rubs off the spilt yolk from your clothing (similar to strumming a Banjo) Hence the term "Egg Banjo"

    Morning all.

Not up to much today, but I am doing the (kets try and guess?) the ironing lol. Just got a line of washing out on the line quiet breezy so should dry if it doesnt get up to much...put another load on in a bit. Have a pot roast in the s/c now (beef joint tin of cambell celery soup and "dry" french onion soup).

Painted the sitting room yesterday nothing any different just "freshened" up the room and it looks so much better i could beleive how yellow the skirtings and dado rails looked and we dont smoke:eek: bathroom need bits and bobs doing to it, I have the H/A coming to look round the house on Tuesday what gets done gets done to be honest I'm passed worrying, neighbours asked for the lend of our strimmer yesterday which we did their only young girls one with a baby so I am at least hoping this will brake the ice so we can be on at least aknowleging(sp) terms..........Well anyway going to load the w/m and clean up this pit. Be back later to report;)

    Hi Everyone!!

I'm back from Florida and back at work - unfortunately. I had the best time with bf and I'm now planning to make the move abroad with him

He's leaving me for the summer to work in the US - he leaves in two and a half weeks time, so I'll be heartbroken when he goes.

I saw loads over there, and I'm very brown now. I don't want to be back at work. I was so happy over there. I'm going to start looking into moving over there as it's what we both want. So any tips/advice would be great

I came home to find a cheque from YouGov waiting for me - along with car insurance renewal reminder!!!:rotfl:

I'm planning at least one more holiday to america this year, maybe two, so I need to start saving. I really don't want to mess up this relationship as I'm just so happy with him.

Hope everyone's been ok and still is!

    Morning all :hello:

I have a big fat hangover this morning, which is only slightly bigger than the hangover I had yesterday morning  I got the bacardi out after work on friday (bad bad day, work badness has been going on for weeks - I won't bore you with details because I have a tendancy to completely take over over threads LOL). It was my dad's 60th birthday on friday so we all went out for a family meal at Frankie & Bennie's (great food) where I drank more bacardi :D Yesterday me and mum went to the pub at 11am to decorate the skittle alley, my dad had a party for everyone he's ever known LOL. It was a great night - big thanks to Po at the the Three Oaks in Glos :T

I'll probably have more time for OSing soon which is great because I miss it - big change on the job front (that means I probably won't have one LOL). More time for my biz too.
Seems I've missed loads of news, congratulations Granny Moggins :j :D

Hello to the new people I haven't 'met' yet :hello:

Cat, have a great time :D

Well done to comp winners, weight losers, and errrrrmmmm people who fall out of bed :rotfl:

Hugs for people who need them :grouphug:
    Bulletproof
