The above quote is on HPC and linked to this thread. It looks like my 'brave' predictions of rises turned out better than expected for 2013 with two quarters of 2% rises.
I had been expecting quarterly figures of 0-1% and, therefore, the annual figure to turn positive early next year. However, the annual figure has already turned positive.
It's now time for the media to jump on the 'prices are rising' bandwagon.0 -
Not many punters out there that would even dream of predicting house prices in Northern Ireland are going anywhere for the next 10 years...
