Jeez I just found another packet, didnt want to tell DH I was stopping because then he would pressurize me. Tonight he noticed I had one fag left and reminded me there was a packet in the kitchen.
Then I swear thats it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (DH has confirmed there are no more anywhere)

    Hey All,

Been away for most of this week with work and then at the Foo's last night.

Was very good, until last night, when i got all emotional (it was DAVE GROHL at WEMBLEY) and then when my mate sparked up as we left the stadium i had a few tokes, in reality i smoked about half a cigarette.

Im not dwelling on it, just moving on and not starting again but now counting that i have not smoked for 1 month, 1 week, 1 day and 13 hours, with one slip up.

I am NOT going to send myself on a guilt trip becuase thats what i have done before and then that has made me start again just because i think that ive failed so there is no point in trying.

Hope everyone is doing better than me, welcome to all newbies.

I have a friend who has had a packet in the car for three years just in case!!!!

No I have to get rid of them all, I am low on willpower and know would really find it hard to no give in if there were some in the house.
However, on a good note - been up an hour now and smoked one, NOT the usual five before I get dressed! I am becoming more and more conscious of each one, surely that must be good (God, will do anything to try and convince myself!
