Well done, keep it up. I have decided to quit on a sunday as it is usually a stress free day, no getting the kids up and ready for school, packed lunches ready, iron uniforms etc, and my ds goes to his dads house to stay over on a saturday night till sunday night. So i have the day to myself IYSWIM.

    Good morning all,

Is anybody else contemplating quitting in the next day or two? I really need to quit and I'm sure it would be beneficial to be able to "compare notes" with others who've stopped about the same time.

    Regards

    Richard

    Hiya Richard and welcome

There's loads of people on this thread that's at all different stages of giving up, there are quite a few on Champix at the moment stopping completely over the next week or so. Have a read back over some of the pages to get an idea of how the oldies coped and take a look at the first post on this thread for support and information about giving up.

This is a very supportive thread, feel free to soak up the non-smoking vibes and very very good luck. Let us know how you're doing :)

    Hi FeelingLow,

I don't think I've ever made it to day 4, so you're doing really well; that's a real achievement and if you buy a pack now, you'll certainly wish you hadn't.

    Hi Jo,

Thanks for the welcome, I'll have a read back through the Thread later. I don't really know anything about champix, I'll have a look at that.

    Regards
