Afternoon everyone. Hope you are all good and hugs to those who are not well. I am on day 18 now, Yay and even better news is that my BF has decided to give up smoking too. I am so proud of him as I know he finds it very difficult to stay stopped. We are now in the process of slowley desoming our lovley new house that we are doing up with our no smoking money. Something which we would have not been able to afford before. x

Good morning all, how's everyone this fine Monday morning?

12ish hours to go until I've been a fortnight without smoking, find it hard to believe to ne honest but it's a great feeling being able to tell people, my ex-smoker friends are more impressed than those who have never smoked but that's to be expected.

Hope everyone has a good day, we all know Monday's are difficult at the best of times but there's always somebody on this thread so if you're finding it difficult come on here and moan about it!!

Morning everyone

So, I survived my firstweekend surprisingly well... Though I have eaten a lot of lollies lol. Luckily to I still wasn't feeling brilliant (weird to think I'm slightly thankful for feeling ill on a weekend) and then I got called into work twice on sunday. Saying that, that's a full 5days now smoke free which considering the misses still smokes is a bit tough but this is my decision and that's her decision.

If I make it through to friday ok which hopefully I should I'll be rather proud of myself. Sad, but proud
