LMTP - you naughty girl!!!
Please, please don't let this set you back - we have all been there before on previous quits and for many of us the disappointment and anger at ourselves make us start again...
One puff does not a smoker make!

Would just like to say well done to you all, its a very hard habit to break!!
Decided after waking up on sunday morning feeling so ill from smoking too much the night before that i would try once again to stop. To be honest i dont smoke much during the week 4 - 5 probably its just when i drink that i get through a packet of twenty ~ its disgusting i know!
Anyway its the third day today and i havnt really thought about it at all. The moments im at my weakest are after lunch and driving home from work, im just going to keep focused and take one day at a time.
Of course there is always the money incentive, im having a nsd today and if i brought a pack of cigs that would ruin both things!!Proud to be Dealing with my Debts
