    mfd, thought you were a loon for quite a while now lol
    I was talking to a woman who works in a builders merchants today, she told me she was off the cigs for two years, she used nic gum and is still on it, 20 bits a day

    oops I misread that and though you meant a packet of cigarettes - almost cried but then reread and cheered instead :j . Oreos are fine - I had my first (but not my last) a couple of weeks ago and they are lovely!!

    I for one would hate to see the thread close - it made the difference between success and failure for me!
