Hiya. Out all day yesterday so I couldn't check in... sorry.

I know that many a true word is spoken in jest but ... am I getting annoying?

I know that I'm happy about the fact that I've quit and honestly all I ever do is try to help others feel just as happy that they have too.... If I ever sound patronising or "full of it" then I'm truly sorry. All I get every day is someone telling me that they never believed in a million years that I would ever quit. Honestly, you guys don't know me but in real life I'm such a loser at everything - fat, smoker, etc, nobody ever thought I would actually do it. But I have. And now I'm dealing with the "fat" thing too. You can't keep me out of the gym now I can breathe properly. ;)

Anyway... point is... if I'm winding people up then I'd rather know.:o

No. You're becoming an icon who everyone quotes because you say it/have said it so well... :kisses3:

Hi Everyone.... big test last night, went to charity ball with a big group of friends who smoke... well it was a doddle!!, didn't even think about the fags.

what i did notice, that i drank a lot more, seriously i could of drunk the bar dry:confused:

the one area i am struggling with is sleep, i have been up since 5am, i didn't get home till 2am, so three hours isn't great.

must admit it was good seeing all the smokers outside freezing there bits off to have a puff....hehehe

    Hiya everyone.
And well done not only on the quiting but being brave enough to do a run!!!!

Im on day 17, had a bad week and almost gave in, but im still here, there is no way im losing the biggest count of days iv ever had for stopping, went to NHS group last tuesday and im the only one from the group who hadnt had a fag which made me feel better, they had all had at least 10 throughout the week and one guy tried to tell us he hadnt but had to admit it when his carbon monoixde reading was through the roof. We had a laugh about it and they all seem motivated again.
    Keep going everyone

Lurkio, I presume your early morning this morning is because you've been out for a run
