Hello there - I bought the book a few years ago but just shoved it in a drawer!! However, as I stopped smoking on 27/12/07 people on here thought I should actually read it as it would benefit me, and so I have been - I'm about halfway through now. Can't say it is really convincing me that stopping is easy, but hopefully that comes at the end. To be perfectly honest I am finding it a bit boring and I am not experiencing any great revelations Mr. Carr seems to imply that because I have stopped cold turkey using willpower alone I will fail!
