Morning Guys!
Add my "Well Done" to Nyk, Cath (sorry missed your birthday), basil, oops, melbury and thanks TNG for my "Well Done" from you! It's great getting a 'warm fuzzy' when you feel a bit prickly.
Oops, it is a big deal to 'come out' as a non-smoker... All that fear of loss of face if you 'fall off the wagon' again... It sounds as though you are (sort of) free of the weed in your head... Double "Well Dones"!! For me, the head is definately my hardest area to capture.
Basil, I feel for you but don't let the weight put you off.... That will go back down as you become more active doing so many more things that are much more enjoyable than smoking... If someone thought I was pregnant for any reason, I'd be flattered!!!! For a whole range of reasons, the story would be worth a few bob....
Yo, Boatie bird.... How you doing? Do you want "Keep up the good fight wishes....?"
Well, the dreaded lurgie seems to have passed and I am out of bed handy today, thank God. Don't know whether part of feeling so rough is a side effect of NOT SMOKING... Say it again... NOT SMOKING.. Again... NOT SMOKING YES!!!!
Anyway, I am up and even ready to face the great outdoors and do a bit of shopping.... Working Friday so really need to get my act together...
Hugs

:rotfl: Laughing at TNG and the subtle way of wondering about MJay's quote. I think, perhaps, you aren't from as far north as I am, where we are notoriously as subtle as bricks or, to put it mildly, diplomacy is not always our most endearing feature
MJay, your amusement at the prospect of being pregnant comes across as any of the following:
a) You are male (but named Mary)
b) You are 98
c) You have taken a lifelong vow of celibacy
d) I can think of a Mary who had a baby and was reportedly shocked by the revelation
Absolutely no offence meant by any of the above, I was just amused by TNG's post. :T

OH! And well done to everyone for still being off the ciggies!! I almost forgot that's why we are here!!I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

Morning Guys!
Yo, Boatie bird.... How you doing? Do you want "Keep up the good fight wishes....?"
Thanks Mary!
Today is going OK, but I did have a wobble (and a cig) last night.
Have decided that I'll give up the booze for a couple of weeks as the urge strikes (and is more difficult to resist) when I've had a glass of wine or 4.
Feeling strong today and have some chores planned for when I get home to keep me busy this evening.
Positive vibes too all
