Hi all. Well... I'm not a bloke (lol) but I have still got loads to do!!! we're always last minute...at everything!!! We're getting married next year, we haven't set a date, no idea where the venue will be (apart from something really cheap) got no idea how I can get married on the cheap without making too many sacrifices-i.e. I wouldn't say that I'm a snob but I wouldn't want a dress from a charity shop or anything. I've never been married b4 just want it to be special. Any suggestions appreciated!!! Anyway still on track re smoking/quitting, not craving as yet today. I am freezing though(she says as she hugs the heater again!!!)
Well done and continued support to all!!!

TFTT - Mrs T went round shops bridal depts basically asking what they had as she left it REAL late to get a frock. She got a great deal, as there's always returns/cancellations etc and she got hers heavily discounted. She was lucky enough to find one in her size that she liked. Might be worth a go... :D

  • :santa2: Just a quick hi and Merry Christmas from me! Thanks for the good wishes earleir in the thread - I am in the process of finding and moving into a new place, berating myself for intermittently smoking though not as much as I was before the big quit, and desperately shopping for clothes since it turned so cold! :rotfl:

  • Hi all
Hey TNG glad to see you back and thanks for noticing my abscence - not deliberate just stepping back a bit - still reading and keeping up to date. All quiet with me, although really annoyed because cravings returning over the last couple of weeks, not constant or lasting long but there none the less! Complete madness, it stinks, kills me, is soooo expensive and does absolutely nothing for me yet I still occasionally get that "I missing out on something" feeling!!! Still its worth every damn desire cause I'm a quitter and have absolutely no intention of taking up the habit again - yay go us!!
Hi YM glad your quit is going well - see to anyone out there considering a quit go for it if we can do it then you can too!!
    love and hugs

    Hi IDA :hello:

I've said this somewhere in this threa, but it's getting so darned big now.....

Don't look on them as cravings, just memories. Like when you get a new car and you spend months trying to indicate by turning your windscreen wipers on :rotfl: That's all it is. Because you smoked for x amount of time, you still have a memory of "About this time I would have a cigarette". But that's all it is. It's NOT a craving - just a memory :)

Good to see you around ;)
