Hello everyoneAs anyone read "easy way for women to stop smoking" by Alan Carr? I'm half way through the book, how did those that read it find it? Did anyone manage to successfully quit by using this method?Thanks in advance x

Hi babes21, welcome to the mad house :rotfl:well, I haven't read it although I have seen the title. How are you finding it now that you're half way through the book?? Does it do anything for you? Have you quite or hoping to?

Thank you both for your replies.At the moment i'm not finding that it's doing as much for me as you have to wait until the end until you know what the "cure" is. I'm a bit sceptical about it all to be honest, although secretly wishing that is method will work for me .
