Take it from one who knows jo, they can pay you a shed load of money, but if it is the wrong job with the wrong people, you'll be looking to move pretty soon.

Life's too short to be spent in the wrong job.....

Jo what a dilemma - what have you decided??? I must admit I'm with TNG and would put job satisfaction above money any day - but if money is a real issue then I guess the money would have to have it! I'm sure you've factored in the money saving from childminding (school hols off), less petrol, no smoking etc, etc!!! This has probably come to late anyway and I'm sure you've made the best decision for you!!
