Multi-tasking at its best. :rotfl: Delegation in operation this morning DD3 has put kettle on for a brew and loaded DW. DS picked up his toys before nursery today. The family's muddy wellies are soaking in the sink ready for a good wipe before putting away, recycling decluttered from round the house, bins emptied and cleaned. WM fed x 2, fortune telling oven glove says no pegging today TD x 1.
Postman arrived with [STRIKE]more rubbish[/STRIKE] post that needs my attention before it starts ribbitting. Photocopied immediately :eek::eek:, texted Sister to met in TOWIE town for signature this afternoon and get it back in the post tonight/tomorrow morning, planning to hit the plastic hard (Sorry Martin not very MSE :money: at all
) a swing by L@keside for presents to DD3 and DS to take to parties this weekend, Primarni for trousers for DD2 and DD3 for school/college and I WILL get to Ike@ the venetian blinds WILL be purchased to stop nosey neighbours and I may just purchase a japanese peace lily in the hope that I get some peace (it never worked with the money plant:mad:, but I keep watering it just in case
)
just waiting for health visitor to arrive, then I can get on with the day properly.
Time for another cuppa, any joiners?:DThe cold never bothered me anyway0 -
WLTM, tomorrow wouldnt be good for me either though as I have to get back for dentist appt. I think we scheduled our meetings for something ridiculous like the 3rd Wednesday in every month so 17th March is prob the next one but will need to check my work diary.Kazmeister, next time you're coming over, PM me and we'll arrange to meet up. Unfortunately tomorrow is going to be manic here, with DH at home doing odd jobs (that means one or 2 to my 10) and the need to get everything ready for estate agents' visits on Thursday and Friday, but after that I will relax.
Well I talked up something yesterday as was saying to DH that it was surprising that he hadnt heard anything from hospital since discharge, no follow up or anything. This morning letter arrives for follow up at 4 o clock today  so now DH is panicking that there's something horrendous wrong with him. Luckily Iwill be able to go with him hopefully to find there is bogger all wrong and it was just a bug.
Needless to say the only things Ihave done are the calls and emails to work, although I did rinse off the bleach in the shower so it is ready for use. DD's just beat me to it so will have to watch another 10/15 mins of This Morning
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -
i'll grab a cuppa with you before i head off to work Skintbreeder,
i think i've broken the shredder, i got about halfway through paper mountain when it made a funny noise and decided to stop working, it still makes a noise so its not overheated and in need of a rest - which has happened before, i think its kaput - will get DH to look at it later.
going to have that cuppa and wash up then head off.
will try and do my jobs list this aftySPC~12 ot 124

DS has been to the dentist; with his exemption certificate and had an x ray on his erupting wisdom tooth (diagnosed by me last week, with the aid of a torch;)) so no doubt my bank card is breathign a sigh of relief!
Dad has been; art works now on walls of dining room, as is the clock. DD now has her 'new' CD/DVD rack up, which I scrounged off an acquaintance who has had it lying around, unused.

Just a quick reminder flyladies and flygents - if you collect Mr T's clubc@rd points, go online and check your points balance NOW, as newsfeed on here shows Police have been called to investigate fraud on points being stolen.
I have checked mine as I have been stockpiling mine for 2 years - thankfully mine are all intact.
But I had forgotten that I had some points due to expire at the end of this month (initially I was saving them for a holiday, but cancelled my tokens back to my account once I found out about Skint Baby Holly's existence, then I was looking at buying a replacement sofa on the Clubc@rd exchanage but didn't have enough to buy a good quality one, so I left it)
I was thinking of using my expiring coupons to buy a saucepan set on one of the "deals" but they were so expensive I would have been better off buying a set in store with coupons instead, so I have called an abort on that one.
Instead I have used some on my expiring coupons to buy some "Shakeaway" milkshake tokens for DD2 for her b'day, as there is a Shakeaway shop in the Town where she goes to college. Hopefully they will arrive in time for her.
More tea :coffee: , then time to feed the WM againThe cold never bothered me anyway0 -

Yes much better thanks.
Lovely day today, almost sorry I haven't any washing to hang out! And for the record, most of my pegs are blue plastic with a few old wooden ones.
Did zumba today and bit of C0-0p shopping afterwards.
Filled bird feeders (never ending job)
Got stuff out of freezer for dinner tonight. Yippee the dishwasher man should be bringing the new part round this evening..
I've got 2 students this afternoon so better get a wiggle on and check lesson plan, won't have much time to do much else till later.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.0 -
I'd like to join in please. I normally do ok on the first day and then the rest of the week turns out rubbish so i am going to start again.
