I got the cancellation email from debenhams also, heretohelp@debenhams.com is where you complain to
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
• Looks like Arena isnt the only ones letting people down I ordered some roses for my partner for Valentines day from Iflorist.co.uk and just like Arena they didnt arrive, I tried to contact them via their telephone number but thats on answer phone I also tried their online chat line but thats closed down. I tried to emaill them but thats on an automated response so no answer there either.
Its such a shame that these people are allowed to trade taking peoples money and dissapointing them.

Also ordered flowers from Debenhams for my wife. Received an email confirming the flowers are on their way but they have not arrived. They also charged £4.99 for next day courier delivery, but have sent me a tracking link for Royal Mail delivery! which should only have been £2.99 anyway! Not only have they failed to deliver, but they have also sent using the wrong service and overcharged...the word poor is too good to describe their service.

RM Tracked offers a next day or 48 hour service
so if they have paid for the next day service, then thats fine surely?
obviously excluding the wrong day!

They use Royal Mail 1st class post for their £2.99 "Flowers by Post service", but I presume other couriers for their £4.99 service, as their website states " the email/SMS you receive stating your ordered product is out for delivery, will include a contact number of the nominated courier driver. This will allow you to contact the driver directly to discuss any delivery queries of the ordered product."

I have never known anyone be given the contact details of a Royal Mail driver, but is standard for most other couriers.

I think Debenhams delivery window was 7am - 7pm so you may be okay.

I ordered on 5 Feb and haven't received the flowers or any contact to inform me they would not be fulfilling the order.

Fired off a complaint.
• Debenhams have failed for me also. My wife wiated for two hours at her work just in case they were delivered.

Not happy. Cost me £30
LBM 12.09.12 - £53K in debt.
DFD - 11.07.2019 (OMG).
New DFD is 28.10.2018 due to paying the absolute maximum.

Thanks to everyone on the DMP forum, and to SC for helping me out of this huge hole.
• Well after waiting in all day for these flowers, just found out there not coming, they could have emailed us to let us know! I won't be in tomorrow so what will happen to mine? Disgusted

Ah pipe down. A romantic gesture never hurt anyone.
