I will probably still pursue the ADR route and keep this thread updated on the outcome.eskbanker said:I'd suggest making it clear to them that you are seeking a final response, in order to go to ADR, but if they don't play ball then it would probably be best waiting the eight weeks - AviationADR is a glacial process at the best of times and realistically it's highly unlikely that there's any prospect of compensation at the end of it, if they've already asserted a specific ATC-related delay rather than just dishing out a generic fob-off.0
