It's all downhill from here.. and you may get a puncture like I did.. ;)

It's raining here now, so i'm def not going out to do anything.. i'm pretty tired though, I'm guessing that will get better when I get fitter..

OUCHHHHHHH! That last fall looked pretty hard G!

I haven't tried any of the snowdomes yet. MK is a 2 hour round trip which is a bit of a trek, plus cost of petrol and 2x admissions... so looking at probably £50 at least (which could go towards next ski holiday).... hmm.

Yeah, that's the problem, it's soooo expensive.. and yesterday I paid for 1 hour £22 ! I stayed on for 2 hrs tho as no-one was checking tickets and it was quiet.. but still £22 an hour.. and the slope was covered in jumps and rails, all cordoned off.. :( so no jumps, and no clear slope..

    ooooooooooh cake.. yummy! :)

I just went out to feed my guinea pigs and rabbits, and I like watching them but if I move they run away, so I had to sit/squat and hold that for 10 mins! That must have burned some calories! I bet it's a fairly technical move in Yoga.. ;)

Apart from that i've done a few arm exercises but that's it so far..

I was reading a magazine a couple of days ago theres an article about trampolines - it says 5 minutes bouncing is equivalent to 20 mins on the treadmill. Sounds great, dont know whether i completely believe that though...just wishful thinking hey??

Also was thinking about chin-ups. I know press ups can come hard to people but from what I remember about chin-ups they are kinda the epitome of damn hard work.

I used to have a house with beams in, many years ago and I could manage a few then not so sure now if I could do any.

Got nothing here to try with either...dont think OH will appreciate me trying to pull myself up on the curtain pole!:rotfl:

Do you ever see anyone at the gym doing them??
