well, I managed another 25 miles on the mountain bike last night, pretty hard work tbh - it was getting dark, so really had to push myself to get back...having a rest today, then will try some running tomorrow...0

Jeeez - you guys have been busy with the banter this morning already
I've just dragged myself up..Got in at 11pm last night after 2 hrs of snowboarding and I feel like a train wreck! :laugh: My legs, arms, back, feet etc are killing me, but at least I know I pushed myself
I may or may not take to mountain bike out today..
Tomorrow i'm either snowboarding or playing badminton, or me and the bro-in-law had the crazy idea of maybe doing both :eek: but, we shall see if he can get the day off or not.
Sunday I am climbing Ingleborough if the weather is niceI did Pen-Y-Ghent a few months back, so it should be fun and hard work.
Apart from that, weights today I think.. I had a day off the weights yesterday, so i'm going to go for it again today. They still ache a little (well my Pecs do) so should I do more or not? My actuall biceps & triceps don't hurt.
Well done everyone! Especially Glass Half Empty who has started at the gym again, first session is always the hardest, but it should get more fun and easily from now on!BSC Member 155 :cool:

I guess it's just down to how much they hurt, really, I tend to leave mine while they're really sore (they just don't work as well, anyway), but once they're just feeling a little warm after a day of so, I tend to go dor it...You could always just to an arms workout and leave your pecs another day to recover...0 -

It depends on how much they ache. This early into your resistance routine, it may be best to leave the pec weights and concentrate on other muscle groups.Don't deny your love for me Sara... My OH won't mind i'm sure :laugh:
