I'm back now. Did a 1.7Km (1 mile) run on treadmill at 3 degree incline...Took 10 mins exactly. Followed this up with 35 mins on CT and managed 8.25Km (8.5Km = 5 miles).
Didn't feel my leg at all!! Well until the pins and needles ksicke din on CT...Grrrr...John :beer:

Good to see you're back at the gym John! Why is next week a big one for you, is something special going on? Or did you just mean you're going to go for it?
I did another 10km run today, which I wasn't really feeling up to at first but I soon got into it3 mins quicker than Tuesday so I am chuffed with that!

I think you missed my reply..
I got to Castleford Xscape, and sometimes Milton Keynes Xscape & Tamworth Snowdome.. but Castleford is 1/2 an hour from me, so that's where I usually hang about
I used to be really into park stuff, rails, jumps, boxes etc.. but I tend to just ride fast now :laugh: although, I might be going to a park session tomorrow night, no doubt I will be in agony for a week afterwards.. :laugh: hence why I stay away nowdays..

Nothing special for me next week, just since I'm not injured I have some catching up to do!
