Pointy eye??? I've received 2 parking charge letters from parking eye and have been reading the forum and have seen numerous mentions of parking eye taking people to court.

Really can you tell where these numerous threads are? And what did you do with your two parking invoices ?

That's strange, I come here every day and I have seen only a couple of threads like that recently and it's defendable. Before that, Parking Eye had that infamous case against Smithy that they wasted thousands in barrister's fees over - they are a joke.

'Numerous threads', don't make us laugh! Unless you are getting confused about the threatogram letters that pretend they are going to Court...not the same thing.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You did not answer stroma's enquiry "what did you do with your two parking invoices[from PE]?"

Unfortunately, a few days after this letter I received court papers through the door.

I've always stated that as soon as they took it as far as court I'd pay as I have neither the time, energy or resources to defend it. It's a shame they've added £25 court fees and £50 solicitor costs into the bargain :(

I've googled troll and I will ignore you...

Just got home from work to find another notice from parking eye that says as the keeper I'm now liable as I've basically ignored their previous notice letters, I'm worried that like GeMoae and others that I'll be getting court papers next?

OK then benefit of the doubt.

The two invoices you received. Did you get a PCN on the car or a NtO through the post?

What was the date of "offence" and what date on the letters?

You seem to be taking PE far too seriously. Even if they chance it with court it is easily defended.

Again I point out: You did not answer stroma's enquiry "what did you do with your two parking invoices[from PE]?" You said you ignored them? Why did you? Did you know you could ignore? And how many tickets have PE given out compared to any they have actually taken to court? Do you know?

Look pointy you have come here saying that parking eye are taking people to court, but you have failed to say what you have done with your parking eye invoices. Yes you say you've ignored them, but that would confirm the advice given for a vast majority of fake tickets.

So have you now paid them ? Are you continuing to ignore ? What are you going to do with your new invoice ?
