it! I train with my boyfriend and we pay £45 for both of us, no contract.
Just_a_Girl wrote: »It's awesome! Best gym I ever trained at. No frills, no luxury, no heating or air conditioning, just a huge gym with several squat racks, barbells and a crazy amount of plates. Though I'm the only girl that trains there, I'm always made feel really welcome, probably because I train harder than half the dudes there
Managed to take some pictures of my gym. Not everyone's cup of tea but it's my second home and Iit.
The squat rack is my favourite place to train0 -

Local authority/contracted out leisure centre. Cost £20 a month which offers unlimited access to fitness suite, swimming pool and racquet courts, plus studio classes which usually cost around £5 each to "pay & go" customers. I reckon that's excellent value for money considering I can often attend up to 16 classes a week
ETA: also has steam room and sauna“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -

I used to go to a gym like this, cost £15 a month off-peak, but there were far too many roid-heads for my liking. We now have a variety of olympic bars & plates, plus squat rack and a selection of kettlebells at home.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
