Currently paying £24.99 a month for a chain gym - covers gym and classes but no pool
My gym buddy and I are just about to move to our council run gym - our local was completely refurbished and souped up last year so now £36 a month (or £30 a month if we pay a year in advance) will get us all classes and gym access at all times in four different leisure centres, ice skating, climbing wall/bouldering and high ropes course, free tennis/squash/badminton and snooker and a discount at the attached spa. Plus use of four pools dotted around the county (one walking distance from my house)"Don't sacrifice what you want most for what you want now"

£46/month Virgin Active. That's half price though cos I'm with PruHealth.0

So it's normally £92/month at Virgin Active? Surely not...
My £33/month at LA Fitness is supposed to be a discounted rate for me being with PruHealth. I'm doubtful as other people I've spoken to seem to pay roughly the same so I think I was lied to. I also had to sign a 2 year contract to get this.
A week after joining, I saw them openly advertising £33/month memberships...
If PruHealth gives 50% discount or anything near, I should be paying much less.
Anyone else with LA and with PruHealth? Might have to ask Pruhealth what discount one could expect from their partners.0 -

£29 per month for Council run gym, can go to unlimited classes/gym sessions & use of pool at numerous venues across the city. No sauna or steam rooms though.0

£10.99 (for the first year and then increases to £18.99 after ) at Pure Gym. Open 24/7 no pool but I would not use one anyway. Absolute bargain as I go to loads of classes which I used to spend a fortune on paying individually before this. Is busy but always manage to use equipment.I'm sure this site makes me spend more than I save :think:0
