Hi All
Just wondering what everyone is paying for their Gym Memberships? Individual membership, off peak, and which Gym. Are they any good facilities and service wise?
Currently paying £33 PM for LA Fitness. A Nuffield Health opened up across the road from them but not popped in yet to ask prices but want to be prepared for when I do nearer to my contract end.

Local council gym but privately run/ outsourced, no limit on hours, £17.50 a month. The local Nuffield is £63 a month - looks lovely, but not that lovely!0

£26.50 a month, but it looks like my gym will be closing in October this year due to the land being developed. My closest gym after that is Bannatynes at £56 per month0

£10.99 a month, (introductory offer for first 12 months - then should be £18.99/£19.99). Pure gym, unlimited access (and 24 hour - although I really can't see me on a treadmill at 4 in the morning!).
No pool or health suite/health spa, but the gym facilities and the classes are varied, numerous and great.
Definitely good value for money.0 -
£28.50 a month, council gym, but can use any of the council gyms in my borough.
Includes gym, pool, classes and reduced court/pitch hire.
Can't see me changing even though there's a cheaper one nearby...the one I like best has the best-equipped free weights section in the area

All at home, mostly with bodyweight exercises, if you can't lift and control your own weight, you've no need to be messing around with external weights.0 -
Just paid $52 for 3 months mebership, including gym, classes and swimming but that was through the GP referall scheme.
After that i think its about $33 per month, not sure if i will sign up yet. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
£15.99 at Klick fitness no contract, it's cheaper if you sign up for 12months or pay 12months upfront. No frills but does the job.0

£16.99 per month @ Pure Gym
no contract
1 gym near home,1 near work
about as good as it gets for me0 -
£52 a month between me and DH for unlimited access. Though I'm thinking of dropping to off peak membership for £40 a month...0
