Joined "The Gym Group" last week for £20.99 a month. "no frills" Gym but has more than enough cardio and weight equipment, but no pool or sauna. Better than the £70 Virgin Active want!!

Im also a member of The Gym Group, also pay £20.99 a month for which I can use any of their sites.

Gets a bit busy in the evening (West Hampstead) but cant grumble for the price!!

DC leisure gym membership, can go to 3 local ones and go to there classes. Costs me 31.03 a month as I get the 'corporate' rate as I went through the gym group website. As long as i do 2 classes a week i get my monies worth and do quite enjoy it

  • £104 per month, which includes a corporate discount. Reebok Sports Club. Pretty expensive, but not much else around Canary Wharf, and the facilities are fantastic.

  • £18 a month, Council (well, charity set up by council to run the leisure facilities) use of 30+ facilities, free classes and new machines most years with Freeview etc etc.

Compare that with £100+ for David Lloyd it was a no-brainer
  • £15.99, the Gym at Newcastle East. Decent equipment, never ridiculously busy at peak times.

£12.99 pm, a 6 month contract. This is a corporate deal at the new no frills gym in town - signing hubby up soon and it will be £18.99pm, 12m contract, plus a one off £20.
Not heavily in debt, but still trying to sort things out.
    Baby due July 2018.
  • Local leisure centre. Within walking distance, off peak membership on-Fri 9-4 I pay £17.50pm or in my case I pay each year upfront at £175 so 12mths for the price of10.

Its a great gym, not got everything I'd like but you cant have it all. That price includes any classes that run within 9-4 and use of the pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, etc.

LA Fitness cancelled after my 2 years. No hassle. Joined up with Beckenham Spa, a council one which has 4 branches. Pay as you go. £38 each year for Centre membership. One off £25 for induction. My sister got an unlimited membership for £43 for all access inc. classes.

£7 for the gym each visit for me. Swimming is separate but I don't really swim much anyway. Don't know cost.

Once a week visit so would work out to £28. Some weeks I'm too busy to go so this works out great.

I pay about £113 a month at reebok fitness club. After hearing all the other prices I feel dumb but at the same time I love it there.
