Not too bad a day today, I have caught up with the washing wmx3 tdx3 just need to change the bed and do the bedding, it's half term and I'm chilled!!!

Been to the PO and posted 3 parcels for OH:T:T

Been to JSainsbugs to get some lactose free milk, yogurts and cheese, tried the milk and the yogurts and so far so good (I've been having terrible bouts of the runs and haven't liked the soya products I've tried so far- since I stopped the milk I've been much better):o

Oh and I've put away the ironing OH did yesterday

Have cooked roast chicken dinner, delivered 'meals on wheels' next door (FIL) and to DD who is full of cold and quite rough:T:T:T

I've also washed up , cleared the kitchen and emptied the bins:(:( I hate emptying the bins although not as much as I hate washing the kitchen floor

Have also collect together the piles of clothes sorted out for the charity shops from their various storage places round the house:j:j:j

    I've hoovered the study :beer::beer:

BUT I have also eaten a HUGE GREEN FROG by actually filing the pile of papers on my desk!!! WOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOO I'm ashamed to say from the dates on the bills some of them had been in the pile for more than a year:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: but it is DONE!!!

Now relaxing with a nice glass of red :beer::beer::beer:
Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last

DS1 is stateside after leaving at 2.50am he still has a few hours left before they reach the hotel. Apparantly he hasn't slept yet. He is skiing tomorrow so better sleep well tonight.

Had a lazy day yesterday but today has been a lot more productive.
I've cleaned the kitchen, not the floor though. I'm getting a steam cleaner off a work colleague on Monday so I thought I would leave the floor until then.
3 loads of washing have been done and are drying in the spare room.
I've also done some shredding, 2 carrier bags worth.
Completed my mortgage application today, just waiting on the valuation and the solicitors to do there stuff now which is good motivation to get everything sorted.

    You're up early kazw

We are up, fed, showered, dressed and need to go to mr a. It opens at 10 but I think poss 9.30 for "browsing" so we might head off in a min.

Note to self, do not put cafetierre in DW. Hmph. I rinsed it out and everything but somehow seems to be coffee grinds everywhere???

Anyway, there is laundry to be done and and once the DW has rinsed I need to empty and reload. I seem in a bit of a muddle today. No food, no plates to eat on anyway, and no clothes clean. Lol. Actually we do have too many clothes. Have finished DD cupboard and tidied her nursery clothes into the drawer. So her "nice" things are all on hangers.

Right. Off we go. Have bribed kiddies with treats if they are helpful shoppers.

    Morning all

    WM and DW both on

Plan is to spend the entire day in the garden with some willing and some unwilling helpers.

Gammon for dinner so it can take care of itself and apple crumble as that will be very quick.

Main job for today is to put away the washing that's been drying overnight. (I don't do ironing, don't feel the need to and if it does need ironing it'll get done before I wear it.) I also need to put away the rest of the clothes that have been piled up for the past 3-4 weeks.

Morning all. Dw and wm on. Had a major toy declutter. Washed hall floor. Vacuumed sitting room and playroom.
    Hope all are well.
  • Sun is shining in york today - it's a lovely day! Two washloads on the line and towels are in the W/M at the moment. Currently decluttering breakfast and tea after a two mile walk!

DD2 was out last night - she arrived home about 2.30am. She decided to sleep downstairs so as not to disturb DD1. We found her this morning in a sleeping bag wearing 4 onesies! I think she might have been a bit cold......

I couldn't wear 4 at once - I'd never cope with going to the loo!

Right - tea then ironing backlog!
