Hi all,
Not as successful as first hoped due to late finish from work and then having an early start today, but managed a mish mash of the levels.
Monday - Kitchen
Level One
[STRIKE]60 in 60 (newbie this is where you dash around the house for 60 minutes putting away or declutting 60 items)[/STRIKE] - Didn't manage a full 60, more like a 20, but it all counts i suppose
Level Two
[STRIKE]Empty the bins [/STRIKE]- This was a doddle
Level Three
[STRIKE]Wipe the work surfaces [/STRIKE]- To be honest no matter how messy my house is, I always endeavour to clean the work tops
Better luck today

Morning ladies, my enforced week and a bit off work comes to an end today. I'm back to work 10-2.
3rd load of washing in progress. Packed lunches made. DW unloaded.
Great cake decorating class last night. I really enjoyed it. It's not cheap but I think it is a good way to have a bit of 'me time' so other people get some benefit.
pigpen I'd say your suspicions were confirmed!0 -
Morning all, woke up in a positive frame off mind thinking I'm really going to get this house done! TD on, WM on, unload DW, reached up to put mugs in the cupboard and my back went "ping"
finished unloading and reloading DW and now I'm sitting down for a bit
I don't see me climbing on the worktops to clean the kitchen windows now, I'll see if I can persuade DD1 to do them this evening.
I'm going to finish my coffee, send an email and hobble off to see what I can manage
Monday - Kitchen
Level One
Level Two
Hoover and mop the floor
Empty the bins
Level Three
Wipe the work surfaces
Clean any windows/glass/mirrors in this room
Extras
Shrove Tuesday - Bathroom and study
Level One
Clean sink and toilet
Clear the bath and shower
Level Two
Wipe your keyboard and mouse (which probably have more germs on than the loo)
Sweep and mop floors
Level Three
Shine your mirrors
Descale your taps using the lemons halves you have squeezed for your pancakes (or put them in the DW as a freshener)
[STRIKE]Change the towels, sponges, bathmats[/STRIKE]
Extras
[STRIKE]Clear out some emails or favourites[/STRIKE]
Are you giving up something for lent or better still take something up- that's what I'm doing, 10 minutes exercise a day and if all else fails 10 minutes lying on the floor each day!

Sat in the lounge with the kids and we're all in our PJs - don't you love half term! Will make an effort to get us going shortly but enjoying spending time with them just chilling just for now. Going to take Pip and the kids for a walk later on just to the fields out the back - AF arrived eventually yesterday and I'm a bit achey/crampy:(.
Here's my list:

Morning All
No flying to report last night, got sofa picked, didn’t get home until after 7 then dinner, so wasn’t starting to fly at 8pm, I finish at 3 today and collect kids at 3.30 (both off on half term until Thursday) so flying shall resume tonight during/after dinner. Not a chance to catch up with thread yet.
Piggers – Well & truly caught I would say, my DD (11) asked me on Sunday if she could meet her friends in the park at 2 on Monday, her dad was off so he said it was ok, came in last night, went up to get slippers on, found my hair straighteners were left out, my make up bag with various bits of make up all over my dressing table & dressing table mirror left up, drawers left opened………DH then told me he found out they were meeting boys from school at the park to give them their valentines cards!!!!!! I have not saw her yet at she goes to dog agility with my SIL who picks her up at 4.30 so I don’t see her on a Monday but I will see her tonight!!!!!!
Will also be making pancakes but mine are more Scotch pancakes/drop scones, never make the big round flat ones
